Modern Slavery Policy
Last updated: February 2026
1. Our commitment
Redge (Lewers Hothouse Pty Ltd, trading as Redge) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We do not tolerate modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or any form of exploitation within our business or our supply chains.
We recognise our responsibility to help prevent modern slavery and to operate in a way that respects human rights and complies with applicable laws, including the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
2. Our business and operations
Redge is an Australian‑based market research and research technology business. We provide research services, including qualitative and quantitative research, supported by technology, automation and AI tools.
Our operations are based in Australia, and our workforce consists of employees and contractors engaged under Australian workplace laws and paid market rates.
3. Our supply chain
Our supply chain is relatively small and primarily consists of:
- Professional services suppliers (e.g. research partners, recruiters, consultants)
- Technology and software providers
- Panel and data collection partners
Where possible, we work with known, reputable suppliers, many of whom are based in Australia or operate under comparable regulatory frameworks.
4. Modern slavery risks
Given the nature of our business and supply chain, we assess the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations as low.
However, we acknowledge that risks may exist in extended supply chains, particularly where services are outsourced or where suppliers operate across multiple jurisdictions. We remain alert to these risks and take reasonable steps to identify and address them.
5. Actions we take to manage risk
To help prevent and address modern slavery risks, we:
- Engage suppliers we know and trust, and prioritise those operating in Australia or similar regulatory environments
- Expect our suppliers and contractors to comply with all applicable laws, including workplace, human rights and modern slavery legislation
- Include modern slavery–related obligations in supplier agreements where appropriate
- Respond to modern slavery questionnaires and due‑diligence requests from clients and partners
- Maintain oversight of our supply relationships and address concerns if they arise
6. Reporting concerns
Anyone who becomes aware of potential modern slavery or human rights concerns connected to our business or supply chains is encouraged to raise the issue with us. Concerns can be reported confidentially by contacting:
Email: anne-marie@redge.com.au
We will take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly and appropriately.
7. Review and improvement
We are committed to continuous improvement in identifying and managing modern slavery risks. This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as our business, supply chain or regulatory obligations evolve.
